At Clean and Cleanse, our payment and refund policy is simple: payments are made only via e-transfer one day prior to your clean, and we require a 24 hour notice for any cancelations or else no refund will be provided. We also offer satisfaction guarantee on your clean, if you are not completely satisfied with anything at all, we will come back and clean the area again at no extra cost.
